Federal High Court Gets New Acting CJ


ACTING CHIEF JUDGE OF THE FEDERAL HIGH COURT, JUSTICE JOHN TSOHO 

The Federal High Court of Nigeria now has an Acting Chief Judge, ACJ.

He is Justice John Tsoho who was sworn in today (Friday) by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Tanko Muhammad, at the Ceremonial Court of the Supreme Court in Abuja, Nigeria.

The swearing in ceremony came 
24 hours after the seat of the head of the Federal High Court had been vacant.

It would be recalled that the former CJ of the FHC, Justice Adamu Kafarati, had retired from the bench on attaining the mandatory retirement age of 65 midnight of Thursday.
