Lagos Federal High Court Judge, Ayokunle Faji Buries Late Father, October 31


IKOYI,  LAGOS STATE,  NIGERIA - The burial of Venerable Josiah Oladele Faji, father of a Nigeria's Federal High Court Judge, Justice Ayokunle Faji, commenced on Tuesday.

Late Faji, a priest in the Anglican Communion, passed on in the month of August, at the age of 90.

Burial arrangements according to a family source started from Tuesday, Oct. 29, with service of songs by YMCA and YWCA, at  Saint Paul Anglican Church, Alakara, Mushin, Lagos, by 5p.m.

There will also be a wake keep service at the same venue on Wednesday, by 5p.m.

On Thursday, October 31, 2019, the remains of Late Faji will be laying-in-state at the Church's Foyer between 8.30-930 a.m, followed by a funeral service by 10a.m., this will be followed by an interment at Ikoyi cemetery, while the reception will take place at Bishop Adelakun Howells Memorial Church Hall, on Hogan Basset Crescent, behind National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.
