Nnamdi Kanu: My Mother Died As A Result Of Trauma Suffered During The Nigerian Army Invasion Of Afaraukwu Home

UMUAHIA, ABIA STATE, NIGERIA - The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has revealed that the circumstances that led to the death of her mother, Ugoeze Sally Kanu, came as a result of the trauma she faced when the Nigerian soldiers stormed their Afaraukwu home in Umuahia, the Abia State capital on September 14, 2017, during the Operation Python Dance exercise.

Nnamdi Kanu stated this while announcing the death of his mother, Ugoeze Sally Kanu, on Sunday (yesterday) in a video he posted on his Facebook page.

Nnamdi Kanu particularly stated that Ugoeze Sally Kanu died in Germany on August 30, 2019.

Nnamdi Kanu described the late Ugoeze Sally Kanu as loving, caring and a compassionate woman.
