Death Of Two Prospective Corps Members, Driver: Kwara Governor Grieves

ILORIN,  KWARA STATE,  NIGERIA - The Governor of Kwara State,  AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, on Tuesday (today)  expressed sadness over the loss of two Kwara prospective youth Corp members and a driver of a bus in an auto crash in Mokwa, Niger State.

A statement issued by Rafiu Ajakaye, Chief Press Secretary (CPS)  to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, quoted him saying that: "We grieve at the loss of two Kwara prospective youth Corp members and a driver of a bus in an auto crash today in Mokwa, Niger State. 

"It was one tragedy too many. We commiserate with the families of the deceased and wish the six survivors quick recovery.

"The government is in the meanwhile directing all relevant agencies of government to put adequate measures in place to forestall such occurrence in the future."
